Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received
• Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of this email for your order to be processed and ready for shipping

SHIPPING

All orders are sent via Australia Post and dispatched from Brisbane, QLD, Australia. 

• Standard domestic shipping is at a cost of $10 and free for all orders over $75
• Express domestic shipping is at a cost of $12 (NB this option does not speed up processing times) 
• Standard international shipping is at a cost of $20. Please note this DOES NOT include any insurance and it is the buyers responsibility to cover and local duties/taxes where applicable. International shipping times vary and there are currently significant delays due to COVID-19, please keep this in mind when placing your order
• Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post you will receive a notification email from Little Wolf & Co. which will include parcel tracking number (for both domestic and international orders)
• Little Wolf & Co. has no control over shipping and delivery times once orders are dispatched; please use the tracking number provided to check estimated delivery times with Australia Post
• Little Wolf & Co. is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged once given to Australia Post

RETURNS

**For health reasons, Little Wolf & Co. does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.**

Please be mindful that while every effort is made to accurately reflect colour and design of products, differences between devices and screens means that there may be some variance in the product received to that shown in images.
